All our products come with a 30 Days return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Warranty Exceptions
Some devices may be offered at a reduced warranty. Those will be in cases of graded as B-Grade items, damaged, and on clearance stock. This will be noted clearly in the description of the product,.
Things that we cannot cover under warranty are as follows.

Refund and Return Policy
All products sold by IT Zone are second hand and refurbished unless otherwise specified.
Our warranty covers items which are not functional due to a specific hardware fault. This applies to all components, parts, LCD panels etc. unless specifically excluded. Consumable parts such as laptop batteries or printer toners are not covered by the warranty. Batteries are used unless specified others wise and provided with a minimum of 1-hour guarantee. Malfunctions caused by software issues such as viruses and operating system errors are not covered by the warranty. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Please choose carefully as we reserve the right not to provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or purchase by mistake once you have received the goods.
Warranty Returns
You may return any product that is still under warranty for a Warranty Claim. IT Zone offers a Return-to-Base Warranty with all our items. This means that you are responsible for returning the Items covered by Warranty to our Warehouse at your expense. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish.
Please note If you are shipping an item over $100 plz choose a shipping method that provides a tracking service and consider insuring the product for the amount of your original purchase price in the event the item goes missing. We will not take any responsibility for shipping of return items.
Upon completion of your Warranty Claim, IT Zone will contact you for the return of the item and/or offer a refund.
